One of the first references that I remember having on this theme was the small castle (ref. 3446), which included soldiers, a princess and an archer who looked like Robin Hood.
Probably, as with other themes, I didn't delve much into it to focus more on others, but I was able to buy enough references to recreate a good siege, a splendid joust, or a fierce attack on the castle by a dragon.
It is a theme quite loved by many collectors or dioramists. The steck pieces give a lot of play and you can see brutal creations. In addition, PLAYMOBIL® has drawn abundant references on the theme, castles, knights, the Knights series and we can even include Novelmore.
A key figure in this theme is undoubtedly the ghost. In my case (ref. 3317), it is one of my favorites. It shines in the dark and wears a ball with a chain attached to the foot. His wandering around the castle makes the place gloomy on kingdom nights.
Thrones, kings, knights, battering rams, siege towers or catapults complete my medieval collection, to which I finally added the great dragon (ref. 6003), so that all those legends about his figure could take shape.
