SAFARI

AN EXPEDITION IN SEARCH OF THE "BIG FIVE"

Any animal lover enjoys observing how they live in their habitat in freedom. PLAYMOBIL® has been betting on the animal kingdom since practically its inception. In the case of savanna animals, references such as Safari Set (ref. 3189), Explorers and Tent (ref. 3413) or Safari Station (ref. 3433) came onto the market, among others.
A lot of emphasis was placed on the Ngorongoro Expedition theme. The truth is that they could not choose a better environment to thematize the references than this natural paradise in Tanzania. The Ngorongoro Crater is the perfect place to see the "Big Five", elephant, rhinoceros, buffalo, lion and leopard. Besides these, from the Jeep you can see zebras, antelopes or thousands of birds. Ngorongoro in the Maasai language means "cold place" and not precisely because it is cold, it is that the volcano has been "off". thousands of years, which is not idle. In this reserve you can enjoy plains, wooded savannas, forests, lagoons and fauna, without forgetting that it has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

After this brief explanation and continuing with the theme, in our case, as with other different categories, we mix old references with the most current ones, after all, animals are still animals.

Some very beautiful and striking references are the Savannah Observatory (ref. 4827), zebras and buffalo (ref. 4828), hyenas (ref. 4829) and lions and monkeys in water trough (ref. 4830). Together they form a set that contains a lake, river, trees, etc., creating a great environment for the encounter of numerous animals. In addition, it is possible to add as many of the same references as you want, being able to expand this sheet to unimaginable limits and make the entire composition from this.

Other references such as that of various animals, vehicles or the animal shelter, in our case 6936, complete this wonderful theme, which allows us to recreate animal life in its wildest environment.
